Masala Papad Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 bread loaf
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 green chillies
  • 50 gms coriander
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 3-4 papad
  • 250 gms butter
  • Salt

Method

  1. Cut bread loaf into slices & toast it in butter.
  2. Add a mixture of chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, chaat masala, lemon juice & olive oil on the toast.
  3. Sprinkle some crushed roasted papad over it.
  4. Serve
