4 medium passion fruit
1 liter of water
2 teaspoons sugar
Juice of 1 lemon (or 1 tablespoon)
Optional: juice of 1 orange
1.Cut the passion fruits into half and scoop out the inside.
2.Put in a blender along with the water and sugar and blend until smooth.
3.Strain and add lemon juice.
4.Refrigerate for an hour or serve with ice.
