5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved or tenderized
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
8 slices of bacon
1 cup honey garlic BBQ sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups old cheddar cheese

In a bag, combine chicken, garlic powder, paprika, seasoning salt, pepper and olive oil. Refrigerate one hour or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Sauté mushrooms in a pan with butter until golden brown, then set aside on paper towel.
Chop bacon into pieces and fry until crispy.
Brown chicken in a nonstick pan, about 4 minutes per side, then place in a greased casserole dish.
Spread BBQ sauce over chicken, cover with mushrooms and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove casserole, cover with cheese and bacon and bake for 5 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
