Avocado Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • Crust

  • 7ounces vanilla wafers
  • 5tablespoons butter, melted
  • Filling

  • 1 12large avocados
  • 17ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 12cup lime juice
  • Whipped Cream

  • 34cup heavy cream
  • 1tablespoon sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. DIRECTIONS FOR CRUST:.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Pulse Nilla wafer in a food processor until finely ground.
  4. Add melted butter and pulse again until combined.
  5. Firmly press crumble mixture into bottom and up side of 9″ pie bake plate.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minute.
  7. Let it cool completely.

 

  1. DIRECTIONS FOR FILLING:.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender until completely smooth. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

  2. Whisk heavy cream and sugar until whipped.
